Named GP
From April 2015 all practices will be required to provide all patients with a named GP who have overall responsibility for the care and support that the practice will give. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do. Patients will either be informed face to face when seen at the practice or in writing. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further please contact the surgery on 01926 421153.

Croft operates a 'Doctor First' system of telephone and online consultations, where you will be offered an appointment to come in and see a GP, if a GP deems an appointment necessary. Approximately 85% of the time, our patients receive the care that they need via telephone, text message and the Electronic Prescriptions Service.

Nurses appointments able to book up to 4 weeks.
